Bon Secours Accelerates Digital Transformation with Sitecore

As an existing Sitecore customer, Bon Secours was already driving toward improving their digital experience but they were missing key opportunities to leverage many of the advanced features of the platform. They enlisted Veracity to evaluate their current implementation and provide tactical and future state recommendations to improve performance and optimize utilization. Applying our deep technical knowledge and healthcare domain expertise, we identified a number of quick wins and enhancements that has accelerated their digital maturity in a short period of time. Enhancements include improved uptime, detailed monitoring and diagnostics, a redesigned homepage, creation of a new microsite, as well as the ability to provide physician ratings and reviews. We are continuing to innovate with additional projects on the horizon.
