With 25+ years of technical and management experience spanning multiple Fortune 500, 100 and 50 companies, Todd brings a deep insight into the modern application architecture space. Todd is currently the Practice Manager for ServiceNow Solutions focusing on digital workforce transformation using the ServiceNow (PaaS) platform as a service offering. He has worked with some of the largest ServiceNow customers including Comcast, MetLife, United Health Group, Citibank, Novartis, DELL/EMC and many others.
Todd spent 13 years with JPMorgan Chase Global IT in various technology roles with the Retail Bank. Prior to this Todd was the Microsoft Practice Architect for iXL consulting, delivering on many new e-commerce platforms during the heyday of the Internet boom of the early 2000’s.
