The Challenge
A global non-profit organization was preparing for a complex finance transformation involving several large initiatives, including Oracle Cloud ERP, EPM, Contract Management, and Treasury solutions. The client lacked the internal PMO and program management experience needed for such a comprehensive transformation, leading them to partner with us for support.

What We Did
We provided an overall program manager to oversee all projects under the transformation initiative.
Key contributions included:
- Oracle Project Scope: Managed the project scope, which included budget to forecast, procure to pay, order to cash, projects, and record to report modules
- Additional Technologies: Implemented additional technologies such as a contract management system, a treasury system, and Concur for expense reporting
- System Integrator Selection: Led the selection of the system integrator and the RFP process, ensuring the right fit for the organization’s needs
- Resource Gap Assessment: Assessed and identified resource gaps in various areas to execute the end-to-end program and onboarded resources for change management, functional and business analyst support, test planning and execution and more
