The Challenge
Our client was drowning in change fatigue and uncertainty. Recent
feedback cited lack of direction, inefficient communication and too much
change as primary reasons impacting their global ‘big play’ initiatives. We
partnered with the client to design, develop and deliver a customized leader
development and coaching program to help 100 global leaders drive and
support their respective initiatives more effectively

What We Did
- Partnered with this client’s senior leaders to design, develop and deliver a customized global leader development program
- Used its proprietary Return On Change ™ (ROC) methodology and tools to develop the virtual learning program and content, a senior leadership support program, and a leader support playbook
- Targeted coaching sessions were also conducted to tailor change leader best practices to specific initiatives and their respective challenge

Our Impact
Our rigorous coaching development program, custom virtual training, coaching and change management tools help our Client transform. The leader development program was highly influenced by COVID workforce and workplace recovery impacts. Virtual training, engagement and coaching supported leader discussions and learning on how to best support their workforces to adapt to this and other in-progress transformations.
