A leading travel and transportation client had self-implemented their BlackLine solution several years ago but recognized additional opportunities for improvement and standardization. However, they lacked the expertise to identify and act on these opportunities.

What We Did
RGP quickly assessed the current BlackLine implementation and usage, applying industry best practices and our expertise. We developed a multi-phase roadmap that outlined both immediate and long-term improvement opportunities, tailored to the client’s desired pace of change. We then optimized and implemented BlackLine products in alignment with the roadmap and collaborated with the client’s IT and business teams to enhance efficiencies through the implementation of BlackLine’s SAP Connector.
