Our client needed to integrate two unique intranets as part of this acquisition to support a global employee experience. Veracity, with platform partner Akumina, stepped in to provide a responsive intranet that could meet the needs of our client’s US and international teams.

Veracity developed a strategy and architecture that supported multiple
languages, integrations with external platforms like SalesForce, Workday as
well as subsites for Business Units. Our strategy ensured that employees
can easily stay informed, connected, and productive, all while maintaining a
cohesive brand experience that improved workforce efficiency.

We leveraged ‘out of the box’ features of Akumina Hive with highly focused
customizations to consolidate intranets into a single unified experience.
Driven by a joint team including the Client, Akumina, and Veracity, we were
able to tailor the platform to the client’s unique needs while being able to
support a workforce of over 40k employees.

Platform Adoption & Growth
Veracity established the Agile Framework, governance, and technical skills
for the client to continue the program for continued growth and
enhancements. Enterprise-wide adoption of the intranet was achieved
through fostering support, nurturing engagement and encouraging continued
use of the platform.
