The Challenge

A global financial services company, faced the challenge of reimagining where and how its employees choose to work and establishing a hybrid working model to maximize efficiency, promote employee well-being, and attract new talent.

What We Did

The Veracity solution involved building a portal, myHR, on ServiceNow HR Service Delivery, connecting backend processes such as document and data management and creating dynamic workflows to support employee journeys. The implementation operationalized flexible working using a suite of products within HR Service Delivery and ServiceNow Employee Journey Management.

The solution achieved a 4.63 VoC score, 80% employee approval for flexible hours, 15,000 hours saved monthly, and 98% automation of work letters, fostering a positive work environment.
