The Challenge
The client sought to establish a robust digital transformation framework to drive execution efficiency and align its project portfolio with the corporate strategy of its Global Securities Services Group. RGP was engaged to assess the current digital transformation model, design implementation roadmaps, and inform program and change management processes. Additionally, RGP supported the development of a future state operating model, established reporting metrics, and provided ongoing project management and strategic advisory support. This included identifying gaps, managing program budgeting, and crafting recommendations for a smooth transition.

What We Did
RGP engaged a team of industry experts to evaluate the client’s digital transformation model, including project inventory, systems, tools, and reporting structures. The team designed a governance model based on best practices and facilitated its application with key stakeholders.
Additionally, RGP developed a business capability blueprint to improve coordination and communication across the client’s project portfolio. The team also created a project portfolio prioritization solution that balanced budgetary restrictions, funding requirements, and program priorities to recommend projects for senior leadership consideration.
