Today we are ready to hire an Execution Lead to join our team!
What you get to do in this role:
- Facilitate working sessions with SMEs to detail and document requirements for migrating groups/members from legacy claims platform to new claims platform.
- Develop milestone plan for the migration activities
- Work with SMEs to execute the plan
- Manage and remediate issues and risks associated with the migration requirements and execution of the plan
- Ability to engage with SMEs at a detailed level
- Experience providing rolled up, leadership updates
- PPM / Notes /Agendas
- Drive cross function team collaboration
- Push client resources to complete work on time with tight timeframe
- Ownership and accountability for the successful completion of the migration requirements, execution plan and delivery
- Weekly status updates to leadership
- Issue and risk identification, management, remediation and/or escalation
- Meeting scheduling and facilitation
- Fully remote with potential of 1 or 2 trips
- Work hours are MST time zone.
Experience Required:
- Healthcare Payer experience
- Leadership and strong facilitation skills
- Previous consulting experience
- Collaborative and results oriented
- Ability to drive progress, set & meet deadlines with little direction
- Quick learner and need to be flexible

Base Pay Range $
All compensation is commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.
