Project Portfolio Management Services Practice Leadership

We are excited to announce an opening for a leadership position within our Project Program Management Services team. This individual will play a key role in driving Veracity RGP’s growth and be an integral part of our Business Consulting practice. This leader will bring expertise in selling and delivering Project & Program Management Solutions and Agile Transformations within a consulting environment.  This role will require a strong focus on consistently delivering revenue contributions, leveraging sales expertise, and applying deep subject matter knowledge.  This role will also be central to project delivery and management, ensuring successful outcomes for clients and positioning Veracity RGP as a leader in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

Practice

  • Serve as an influential expert and innovator in the field of Project Portfolio Management.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Agile and Project Delivery systems, principles, and methodologies, especially in business agility beyond IT.
  • Provide expertise in Project, Program, and Portfolio Management best practices and methodologies.
  • Drive sustainable and profitable revenue growth for the PM Services & Business Agility practice.
  • Meet established utilization targets, timelines, and revenue goals.

Sales

  • Lead the development of sales opportunities and expand work with existing and prospective clients.
  • Identify market needs and generate business opportunities with existing clients by promoting RGP’s solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to support business and practice development efforts, including proposals, RFPs, and presentations.
  • Develop proposals for consulting engagements and lead responses to complex RFPs
  • Cross-sell related services, including Change Management, Business Agility, Finance Transformation, and Supply Chain Optimization.

Delivery

  • Lead efforts related to Program Management Offices (PMOs), Project Portfolio Management, and Agile transformations, including project scoping, proposal development, and delivery.
  • Ensure each engagement meets the highest quality standards and client satisfaction.
  • Oversee project delivery, manage client expectations, and contribute thought leadership throughout the engagement.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in selling and delivering Project Portfolio Management and Agile Transformation services.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to direct high-level professionals individually and in teams.
  • PMP / SAFe certifications preferred; hands-on experience with Project Management and Agile tools is an asset.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
  • 7+ years of consultative or solution sales and delivery oversight.
  • Proven success in the ability to grow, lead, and drive a project focused on program management.
  • Deep understanding of delivery methodologies and engagement types.
  • Ability to develop and communicate strategic solutions to C-level executives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

*Benefit eligibility may vary based on employment status upon hire

Base Pay Range $175,000-190,000

All compensation is commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.
