As part of a multi-year journey to transform its finance operations, a major university needed expert project management and business process development to implement Workday Financials and Supply Chain systems.


What We Did

Veracity stepped in to support the university’s transformation by:

  • Filling Key Roles: Our consultants joined both the medicine and academy teams within the university, taking on critical roles.
  • Leading Workstreams: We led various workstreams within the Project Management Office (PMO), including process development, reporting, data management, and testing.
