The Challenge

A prominent company in the commercial property industry initiated an Oracle Cloud ERP implementation and required project management and business analysis support. In addition to the Oracle Cloud ERP project, several other ongoing projects needed support.


What We Did

We provided a strong team comprising an Oracle Project/Program Manager, an Oracle Cloud Subject Matter Expert, and Business Analysts to address these needs.

Our contributions included:

  • Support for Ongoing Implementation: We supported the ongoing implementation by providing the necessary expertise and resources
  • Phase 2 Implementation: After the successful launch of Phase 1, our team helped roll out Phase 2, which included expanding the implementation to international locations
  • Comprehensive Project Scope: The scope included financial modules, procure-to-pay processes, and the Oracle Cloud Advanced Collections module
  • Project Management Leadership: We led the overall project from a project/program management perspective
  • Functional and Business Analyst Support: We provided robust functional and business analyst support throughout the project
