The Challenge
A $60 billion global mass media and entertainment conglomerate undergoing rapid growth needed to transform the way they managed their enterprise technology projects, the core enablers for growth initiatives across the enterprise.

What We Did
- Working jointly with the Global PMO team, redesigned and redefined the end-to-end project lifecycle and associated artifacts and metrics, from ideation and intake to execution and benefits realization
- Digitally enabled the end-to-end project lifecycle on Smartsheet, utilizing templates and accelerators to rapidly configure and deploy the solution as well as develop and deliver end-user training and adoption
- On successful global rollout and adoption globally of the initial work, our client expanded the scope to include portfolio and program lifecycle management and reporting as well as their Agile-delivered projects
