Driving the shift from fee-for-service to value-based care, the company has formed partnerships with many of the nation’s leading healthcare systems. Each partner engagement required integration of Evolent’s technology with the client’s enterprise applications, as well as leadership and advisory services to drive the implementations. In order to scale delivery, Veracity was asked to lead several of their partner implementations. Our deep understanding of the healthcare payer system allowed us to hit the ground running. Evolent expected that it would take several months for each consultant to gain the understanding necessary to deliver value for just one partner implementation. Within 3-5 weeks, our consultants were leading client teams, managing multiple implementations in parallel. Veracity exceeded client expectations on all fronts.
