Leading Platform Migration for a Top Healthcare Insurer

Our client is one of the top three health insurance carriers in the nation. After launching a new claims management platform, their benefits administration team faced the daunting task of migrating thousands of users to the new system within a six-month window. Veracity was engaged to lead the migration and improve processes along the way for future iterations. Key deliverables included defining migration scope, executing the milestone plan, addressing business readiness gaps and developing the communications plan. In addition, Veracity led the testing and quality portion of the migration, developing a testing metrics dashboard and coordinating post-production support. Our efforts have resulted in key process improvements such as building a staffing model, resource capacity plan, and documenting detailed end-to-end process flow. Over the course of six months, our team successfully migrated over 3,500 employer groups representing nearly 1.1 million members to the new platform.
