Change Management to Drive End-to-End Growth

During this project, we helped our client transform their change CoE (Center of Excellence) into a formal Change Management Office to focus on the overall transformation strategy. We designed and implemented a tailored strategy with change communications as an integral part of the program. This brought the change journey to life and made a smooth transition into this new way of working. Through this program, we accomplished a robust CM roadmap across ten workstreams while aligning leadership with the fundamental mission of transformation. We also helped mitigate risk by continually checking in with those affected by change. As a result, we aligned leadership from the C-Suite to all levels of leadership and management; adding more leaders to the program and launching more initiatives.
